The core mandate for VAL is the establishment of robust data centers and comprehensive AI infrastructure. Capital Structure
The initial capitalization of the new entity consists of Rs. 5,00,000, divided into 5,000 equity shares of Rs. 100 each. L&T maintains 100% ownership of the subsidiary, ensuring that the company retains full control over the strategic direction and future growth of its artificial intelligence and data center business lines.
