His expertise is particularly strong in the power and energy domain. His consulting, advisory, and research work has focused on critical areas like strategic transformation, leadership development, organizational restructuring, human capital development, and business turnaround. He is an alumnus of IIT Delhi and IIM Ahmedabad and has previously served on the boards of esteemed institutions including UCO Bank and Andhra Bank.
