Profitability saw a significant boost, with PBT reaching Rs. 356 Cr, a 25% improvement over FY25. The EBITDA margin for the fiscal year also expanded to 21.7%.
Record Order Book and Strategic Growth
The company achieved a historic milestone in FY26, with order inflows surpassing Rs. 2,000 Cr. As of April 1, 2026, the order book stands at Rs. 1,863 Cr, representing a 15% growth compared to the start of the previous year. The core compression business remains the primary revenue driver, accounting for 93.4% of the total revenue. Furthermore, the company continues to innovate, filing 57 new IPs during the year, bringing the total portfolio to 128 IPs.
Dividend and Shareholder Value
Reflecting strong financial health, the Board of Directors has recommended a total dividend of 600% for the fiscal year. This includes a final dividend of 425% (Rs. 8.50 per share), supplementing the interim dividend of 175% (Rs. 3.50 per share). Additionally, the Board has approved a sub-division of equity shares from a face value of Rs. 2 to Re. 1, subject to shareholder approval.
Quarterly Performance Analysis
The fourth quarter (January–March 2026) was particularly strong, with revenue from operations reaching Rs. 706 Cr, a 21% growth year-on-year. Quarterly PBT soared by 79% to Rs. 184 Cr, while PAT saw a 78% increase, landing at Rs. 144 Cr compared to the same period in the previous year. This performance underlines the company’s operational efficiency and ability to navigate a complex industrial environment.
