The company has approved the acquisition of the remaining 44.74% equity stake in Systems & Components (India) Private Limited for a consideration of Rs. 12.55 crore. This move transitions the entity into a wholly-owned subsidiary, further consolidating the company’s position in the industrial refrigeration market and aligning with long-term growth objectives.
Stock Sub-division and Leadership Changes
To enhance the liquidity of its shares and improve accessibility for small investors, the board approved the sub-division of equity shares. Existing shares with a face value of Rs. 2 will be split into two equity shares with a face value of Re. 1 each.
