The company emphasized that this structural change in its auditors’ firm does not result in any modification to the existing audit engagement. Sharp & Tannan Associates LLP will continue to serve as the Statutory Auditors of Kirloskar Brothers Limited, diligently discharging their responsibilities throughout their appointed tenure.
