KFin Technologies Senior Management Appointments and Strategic Organizational Restructuring

KFin Technologies has announced a significant internal restructuring of its senior management team, effective May 09, 2026. The company has reassigned key leadership roles to optimize its global fund services, national pension system, and international business operations. This strategic move aims to leverage existing talent to drive growth in M&A and international markets, while transitioning investor relations responsibilities to new leadership to support the company’s ongoing strategic objectives.

Leadership Transitions and Role Enhancements

The Board of Directors at KFin Technologies has approved a series of high-level management changes to bolster its leadership team. Mr. Muralidharan Sivaramakrishnan has been designated as the Senior Vice President – Global Fund Services & National Pension System. As part of this transition, responsibilities previously managed by Mr. Sunil Parchuri have been moved under Mr. Sivaramakrishnan’s leadership to streamline operations.

Strategic Focus on M&A and International Business

Mr. Amit Murarka, a key figure in the company’s growth, will now serve as the Chief Financial Officer – International Business and Head – M&A. Mr. Murarka will take over the international business functions previously overseen by Mr. Sivaramakrishnan. These changes reflect KFin Technologies’ emphasis on enhancing its M&A strategy and global footprint.

Transitioning Investor Relations

In tandem with these executive changes, the company has announced that the responsibilities for Investor Relations are being transitioned to Mr. Ram Gattani, who serves as the Assistant Vice President – Finance & Accounts. This realignment ensures dedicated leadership across finance, international expansion, and shareholder communication, positioning the company for its next phase of growth following its successful public listing in 2022.
