The company reported a net loss of ₹1,528.83 Lakhs for the financial year 2025-26. This represents an improvement compared to the net loss of ₹2,277.22 Lakhs recorded in the previous financial year 2024-25. Revenue from continuing operations stood at ₹9,359.11 Lakhs.

Strategic Developments

A significant strategic move during the year was the divestment of the Electronics Division through a slump sale. This transaction, completed with Keerthi Holdings Private Limited, aimed to strengthen the company’s financial position by reducing debt obligations and providing additional liquidity. Following this divestment, the company currently has no institutional debt.

In parallel, Keerthi Industries is focusing on monetizing non-core assets, including surplus land, and pursuing fresh working capital financing to enhance operating flexibility.
