Kaynes Technology India Limited has delivered strong financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The company achieved an annual revenue of INR 36,264 million, representing a 33% year-on-year growth. Additionally, the company reported a robust EBITDA of INR 5,741 million, marking a 40% growth compared to the previous year, supported by significant operational milestones in its OSAT and PCB manufacturing facilities.
Fiscal Year 2026 Financial Performance
Kaynes Technology has demonstrated strong operational momentum throughout FY26. The company concluded the year with total revenue of INR 36,264 million, a significant 33.2% increase over the previous year. Profit after tax (PAT) also saw healthy growth, reaching INR 3,639 million, which constitutes a 24% rise year-on-year.
For the fourth quarter (January–March 2026), the company reported revenue of INR 12,426 million, up 26.2% compared to the same period in the previous year. While EBITDA for the quarter stood at INR 1,937 million, the company continues to maintain a strong order book exceeding INR 80,000 million, providing substantial revenue visibility for future periods.
Strategic Milestones and Expansion
A major highlight for the company this year was the inauguration of its OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) facility in Sanand, Gujarat. This unit has rapidly transitioned to commercial operations within just 14 months of the groundbreaking ceremony. Furthermore, the company is nearing operational readiness for its HDI PCB manufacturing unit, which is expected to enhance execution capabilities and support long-term scalable growth.
Strengthening Leadership
To support its next phase of transformation, Kaynes Technology has expanded its Board of Directors with two strategic appointments. Padma Shri Dr. M. Annadurai, a former ISRO scientist with over 37 years of experience, joins to offer technical and research expertise. Additionally, Mr. Rajesh Mittal, a veteran with four decades of global automotive and engineering experience, joins to drive operational leadership as the company enters new technology-driven market segments.
