Kaynes Technology Strategic Leadership Changes and Board Expansion Announced

Kaynes Technology India Limited has announced significant changes to its leadership team, including key re-appointments and board expansions. The board has approved the re-appointment of two Independent Directors and one Whole-time Director, alongside the induction of two new Additional Directors to the board. These strategic moves, effective May 13, 2026, are part of the company’s commitment to robust corporate governance and leadership continuity as it prepares for future growth cycles.

Leadership Re-appointments

The company has confirmed the re-appointment of several key board members. Mr. Alexander Koshy has been re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, effective February 21, 2027. Similarly, Ms. Poornima Ranganath will continue her role as an Independent Director for a second five-year term starting March 31, 2027. Additionally, Mr. Jairam Paravastu Sampath has been re-appointed as a Whole-time Director for a five-year term, beginning April 1, 2027.

Strategic Board Expansion

Strengthening its governance framework, the board has appointed two new Additional Directors in the category of Non-Executive Independent Directors, effective May 13, 2026. Mr. Rajesh Balkrishna Mittal, an automotive industry veteran with over 41 years of experience, joins the board. He currently serves as the President and Managing Director of ISUZU Motors India. Also joining is Mr. Annadurai Mylswamy, a former ISRO scientist and Director of the ISRO Satellite Centre, widely recognized for his leadership on Chandrayaan missions.

Appointment of Cost Auditor

In addition to leadership updates, the company has appointed Messrs. GA & Associates, Cost Accountants, as the Cost Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. This appointment ensures continued fiscal oversight and adherence to cost accounting standards for the upcoming reporting period.
