The earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter, on a basic and diluted basis (not annualized), stood at ₹18.16. The net profit attributable to the owners of the parent was ₹310.06 crore, while non-controlling interests accounted for ₹1.47 crore. The company also provided details on its share capital and other equity.

In its standalone unaudited financial results, Kalpataru Projects International Limited reported a total income of ₹5,534.27 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The standalone profit after tax was ₹265.36 crore, and the total comprehensive income net of tax was ₹215.25 crore. The standalone EPS was ₹15.54.
