The resolutions received overwhelming support, with over 99.7% of votes in favor.

Chairman Re-appointment
Ashok Kajaria has been re-appointed as the Chairman of the Company, effective October 1, 2025, for a term of five consecutive years. The resolution saw strong support with 99.76% of valid votes cast in favor.
Vice Chairman Re-appointment
Chetan Kajaria has been re-appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Company, also for a five-year term beginning October 1, 2025. This resolution also received significant approval, with 99.96% of valid votes supporting the decision.
Managing Director Re-appointment
Rishi Kajaria will continue to serve as the Managing Director of Kajaria Ceramics for another five years, starting October 1, 2025. The resolution confirming his re-appointment garnered 99.96% of the valid votes cast.
