Jubilant Ingrevia Board Approves 250% Dividend and Reappoints Cost Auditors

Jubilant Ingrevia’s Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of 250% (Rs. 2.50 per share) for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The company has fixed July 24, 2026, as the record date for this dividend. Additionally, the Board approved the re-appointment of M/s J.K. Kabra & Co. as the Company’s Cost Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27.

Dividend Recommendation and Record Date

Jubilant Ingrevia Limited’s Board of Directors, during their meeting held on May 26, 2026, recommended a final dividend of 250%. This translates to Rs. 2.50 per equity share of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. If approved by the shareholders, the dividend payment is scheduled to be dispatched within 30 days from the date of the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Further, the Board has fixed Friday, July 24, 2026, as the record date for the purpose of this final dividend payment.

Cost Auditor Re-appointment

The Board also approved the re-appointment of M/s J.K. Kabra & Co., Cost Accountants (Registration no. 9, ICWA), as the Cost Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2026-27. Details regarding this re-appointment, as required by SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are provided in Annexure-A.
