The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹7.10 per fully paid-up equity share (710%) for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. This proposal will be presented to shareholders for approval at the upcoming 32nd Annual General Meeting scheduled for July 24, 2026. Once approved, the dividend will be distributed to eligible shareholders following the record date.

To support long-term growth and operational requirements, the company has secured board approval to raise funds up to ₹7,000 crore. The company has announced the re-appointment of Ms. Fiona Jane Mary Paulus as an Independent Director for a second consecutive five-year term, effective from May 27, 2027, until May 26, 2032. Ms. Paulus brings over 45 years of investment banking experience, having held leadership roles at major global financial institutions including the Royal Bank of Scotland, ABN AMRO Bank, and CIBC.
