JSW Infrastructure Limited has announced a revision in the credit rating for its subsidiary, JSW Dharamtar Port Private Limited. The long-term bank facilities rating has been upgraded to CARE AA+; Stable, reflecting enhanced financial strength. Additionally, the short-term bank facilities rating has been re-affirmed at CARE A1+. These revised ratings were communicated by CARE Ratings Limited on September 22, 2026.

Credit Rating Enhancement for Subsidiary

JSW Infrastructure Limited disclosed today, September 23, 2026, that its subsidiary, JSW Dharamtar Port Private Limited, has received a revised credit rating from CARE Ratings Limited. This revision impacts the subsidiary’s long-term and short-term bank facilities.

Key Rating Revisions

The long-term bank facilities, amounting to ₹400.00 crore, have seen their rating upgraded to CARE AA+; Stable. This signifies an improvement in the long-term creditworthiness of the subsidiary. Furthermore, the short-term bank facilities, valued at ₹10.00 crore, have been re-affirmed at CARE A1+, indicating continued strong short-term credit quality.

Additionally, a facility of ₹15.00 crore, classified as Long Term / Short Term Bank Facilities, has been assigned a rating of CARE AA+; Stable and CARE A1+ respectively. The company noted that the long-term rating upgrade reflects the enhanced stability and strength of the subsidiary’s operations.
