In line with current directives, the AGM will be conducted through Video Conference (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
Book Closure and Shareholder Record Dates
To facilitate the AGM proceedings, the company’s Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Wednesday, September 23, 2026, through Tuesday, September 29, 2026, with both dates inclusive. The Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, along with the Notice of the AGM, has been dispatched to all members in an electronic format.
E-Voting Facility for Shareholders
Shareholders will have the opportunity to exercise their voting rights electronically. The e-voting period will commence on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 09:00 A.M. IST and conclude on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 05:00 P.M. IST. Shareholders who hold shares in either physical or dematerialized form as of the cut-off date, Tuesday, September 22, 2026, will be eligible to participate in the e-voting process.
