The Private Markets segment demonstrated robust growth, with revenue increasing by 53.0% YoY to ₹596 crore and PAT rising by 7.8% to ₹308 crore. The Affordable Home Loans segment also showed significant progress, with AUM growing by 28% YoY to ₹3,715 crore and revenue up 22.1% YoY to ₹123 crore.
Conversely, the Corporate Advisory and Capital Markets segment experienced a revenue decline of 35.9% YoY to ₹138 crore, with PAT decreasing by 58.9% to ₹32 crore. Wealth Management reported a slight dip in revenue by 0.9% to ₹351 crore, with PAT falling 55.9% to ₹19 crore.
Financial and Operational Metrics
The company’s Networth stood at ₹10,899 crore as of June 30, 2026. Pre-provision operating profit increased by 21% to ₹469 crore. Total Assets for the group were reported at ₹25,794 crore, with a Gross Debt-to-Equity ratio of 1.0x.
