The company reported a total consolidated income of ₹13,916.84 crore, compared to ₹12,052.10 crore in the previous year. Consolidated profit after tax reached ₹987.99 crore, up from ₹872.17 crore in the prior fiscal year. The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹20 per equity share of face value ₹10, amounting to a 200% payout, pending approval at the 32nd Annual General Meeting.
Strategic Capacity Expansion
The company continued its focus on scaling operations throughout the year. Notably, in the quarter ending March 31, 2026, J.K. Cement commissioned a new 3 MnTPA Grey Cement grinding unit in Buxar. Furthermore, the company successfully increased its cement grinding capacity at the Muddapur plant from 3.50 MnTPA to 4.50 MnTPA, bolstering its manufacturing footprint and market presence.

The Board of Directors approved key appointments to strengthen corporate governance. Dr. Sameer Sharma has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) for a five-year term starting May 23, 2026.
