The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹32.41 crore, a substantial increase of 85.8% year-on-year. Earnings per share also saw a significant jump of 88.2%, reflecting robust growth across its core textile business and strategic initiatives.

Jindal Worldwide Limited, a leading integrated denim and textile manufacturer, has declared an exceptionally strong set of unaudited consolidated financial results for the first quarter of FY27, which ended on June 30, 2026. The results highlight the company’s sustained growth trajectory, with a nearly doubled consolidated net profit compared to the previous year.
Consolidated Financial Highlights – Q1 FY27
The company’s consolidated revenue from operations reached ₹554.72 crore for Q1 FY27, a 2.7% increase from ₹539.90 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (Q1 FY26). Total income grew by 5.6% to ₹572.96 crore from ₹542.60 crore. Profit Before Tax saw a significant surge of 74.5%, amounting to ₹39.72 crore compared to ₹22.76 crore.
The most notable highlight is the consolidated Net Profit (PAT), which nearly doubled year-on-year, increasing by 85.8% to ₹32.41 crore from ₹17.44 crore in Q1 FY26. The Net Profit attributable to Equity Holders of the Parent also rose by 85.8% to ₹32.40 crore. Consequently, Earnings Per Share (Basic & Diluted) jumped by 88.2% to ₹0.32 from ₹0.17 in the prior year’s quarter.
Segment Performance and Outlook
The company’s core textile business continues to be the bedrock of its performance, demonstrating remarkable resilience and growth. Strategic diversification into Electric Vehicles is also progressing well, contributing to the overall positive financial outcome, partly aided by a gain on the partial divestment of a step-down subsidiary. Management remains confident in the long-term potential of this growing business vertical.

Standalone Performance
On a standalone basis, Jindal Worldwide also delivered impressive double-digit revenue growth of nearly 19% year-on-year, with revenue from operations at ₹568.72 crore for Q1 FY27. Total income grew by 18.7% to ₹569.44 crore. Standalone Net Profit (PAT) increased by 6.2% to ₹14.79 crore, with Earnings Per Share rising by 7.1% to ₹0.15.
