The program has seen over 30,000 fabricators and retailers onboarded.

Jindal Stainless Limited (JSL) introduced ‘JSL Saathi Pragati’ on December 1, 2025. It’s the country’s largest loyalty program designed for the stainless steel Pipes & Tubes (P&T) sector. This initiative aims to empower retailers and fabricators, offering structured rewards, exclusive benefits, and a seamless digital experience, all while reinforcing product authenticity in the market.
Key Features and Benefits
Built upon the foundation of the previously launched Jindal Saathi Seal, ‘JSL Saathi Pragati’ enhances protection against counterfeit products. It ensures easy identification of genuine stainless steel pipes and tubes. Retailers and fabricators can use the JSL Saathi Pragati app to scan the QR code on each JSL pipe and tube. By scanning, they instantly verify product authenticity, accumulate points on genuine purchases, and redeem these points for exclusive benefits.
Initial Response and Impact
The program has already garnered a positive initial response, with more than 30,000 fabricators and retailers joining the platform. This reflects the program’s relevance and strong acceptance in the market.
Supporting the Fabrication Community
In addition to rewards, the program also offers accidental life insurance coverage for registered fabricators, promoting enhanced safety and social security. The initiative also focuses on elevating skill development within the stainless steel fabrication community. The Fabricator Training Programmes (FTPs), under the Stainless Academy initiative, are accessible via the JSL Saathi Pragati app.
Vision for the Future
The program, which currently focuses on pipes & tubes, intends to incorporate more segments in the future. Through such initiatives, the company aims to cultivate a connected, empowered, and digitally-enabled market ecosystem. This encourages the use of authentic products across India.
