He has a proven track record in leading large workforces, building high-performing teams, and developing strategic HR initiatives to drive organizational growth.
Academically, Mr. Wani holds a Master in Labour Studies from the Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies and a PGCHRM from Xavier Labour Relations Institute. His previous significant role was at Sumeet- SSG Ltd, Pune. The company anticipates that his extensive experience will be instrumental in further strengthening its human capital strategies and supporting its long-term objectives.
