The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). A cut-off date of Tuesday, September 22, 2026, has been fixed for determining member eligibility for voting and attendance. The same date also serves as the record date for determining entitlement to receive the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26.

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) has formally announced the schedule for its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting is slated to take place on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, commencing at 03:00 PM (IST). In line with current directives, the AGM will be held virtually through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
Virtual Meeting and Communication
The venue of the AGM will be considered the company’s registered office in New Delhi. In compliance with circulars from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI, the Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report 2025-26 will be disseminated electronically to members whose email addresses are registered with the company or its registrars. For members who have not registered their email addresses, a web-link to access the Annual Report will be provided.
E-voting and Record Date
The company has established a cut-off date of Tuesday, September 22, 2026, for the purpose of identifying shareholders eligible to vote on the resolutions presented at the AGM and to attend the meeting. This date is crucial for determining voting rights.
Remote E-voting and Dividend Determination
Furthermore, the remote e-voting period for the AGM will commence on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 9:00 AM (IST) and conclude on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 5:00 PM (IST). The Record Date has also been set as Tuesday, September 22, 2026. This date will be used to determine members entitled to receive the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. Any dividend declared at the AGM will be paid within 30 days of the meeting’s conclusion, subject to applicable tax deductions.
The Annual Report, along with the Notice of the AGM, will be dispatched separately. Shareholders are requested to disseminate this information on their respective websites.
