Accelerating Biologics Development
The collaboration is set to accelerate the development of affordable biologics. Ipca’s established scientific expertise will be combined with BRL’s Novel Formulation Platform. Key Deal Details
The deal encompasses a worldwide license territory. BRL will undertake Proof Of Concept (POC) development and Formulation Development. Further Research and Development, Clinical Trials, Commercial Manufacturing, and Launch will be handled by Ipca. BRL will receive a defined milestone fee related to the Technology Transfer and will earn royalties on net sales upon the commercialization of the products.
