June 12, 2026 – Ipca Laboratories Ltd. (Ipca) has announced a significant global licensing agreement with Bhami’s Research Laboratory (BRL). This strategic partnership grants Ipca access to BRL’s innovative, proprietary high-concentration subcutaneous biologics delivery platform. The agreement focuses on the development and commercialization of multiple monoclonal antibody products, specifically targeting critical areas such as oncology and inflammatory diseases.

Accelerating Biologics Development

The collaboration is set to accelerate the development of affordable biologics. Ipca’s established scientific expertise will be combined with BRL’s Novel Formulation Platform. This synergy is expected to bring advanced treatments to patients worldwide battling cancer and autoimmune diseases. Ipca aims to leverage this technology to enhance its existing product portfolio and address significant healthcare needs across key global markets including the USA, UK, EU, Japan, Canada, and India.

Key Deal Details

The deal encompasses a worldwide license territory. BRL will undertake Proof Of Concept (POC) development and Formulation Development. Further Research and Development, Clinical Trials, Commercial Manufacturing, and Launch will be handled by Ipca. BRL will receive a defined milestone fee related to the Technology Transfer and will earn royalties on net sales upon the commercialization of the products.
