Intellect Design Arena has reported a strong performance for FY26, with total income growing by 23% to INR 3,161 crore. The company’s AI-first strategy fueled a 34% surge in license-linked revenue, while EBITDA crossed the INR 700 crore mark. Driven by the success of eMACH.ai and Purple Fabric, the firm secured 59 new customer wins during the year and announced a final and special dividend payout for shareholders.
Annual Financial Performance
Intellect Design Arena achieved significant milestones in FY26, marked by a decade of AI leadership. Total income rose to INR 3,161 crore from INR 2,577 crore in the previous year. Profit Before Tax (PBT) also showed robust growth, reaching INR 493 crore, up from INR 442 crore in FY25. The company’s focus on license-linked revenue—comprising License, Platform, and AMC—contributed INR 1,667 crore to the annual total.
Strategic Growth Engines
The company continues to scale its business impact through its two core innovation engines. eMACH.ai, an open finance platform, has scaled to include 700 microservices and over 3,000 APIs. Meanwhile, Purple Fabric has emerged as a leader in business-impact AI, already deployed across more than 45 client environments with high accuracy. These platforms have been instrumental in winning 59 new customers globally during the fiscal year.
Quarterly Highlights
For the final quarter of the year (Q4 FY26), the company reported a total income of INR 884 crore, with an EBITDA of INR 221 crore and a PBT of INR 162 crore. The platform-led growth strategy remains a cornerstone of Intellect’s competitive moat, with 25 global financial institutions completing their digital transformations on company platforms during the quarter.
Dividend and Leadership Changes
In line with its dividend policy, the Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4 per share plus a special dividend of Rs. 3 per share for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The record date is set for July 24, 2026.
Significant leadership transitions were also announced: Mr. Prashant Lalchandani has been appointed as the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) effective June 1, 2026. Additionally, the company is seeing internal transitions with roles being redesignated to strengthen customer delivery and consultancy as it enters the next phase of AI-first growth.
