The transaction represents a cumulative acquisition of 0.17% of the total equity shares of Inox Wind Limited.
Acquisition Details and Timeline
The proposed acquisition is scheduled to take place on or after August 24, 2026. The shares will be acquired at the ruling market price on the date of the transaction, subject to permissible variances for block deals and the limits specified under SEBI’s SAST Regulations. This inter-se transfer is intended for internal restructuring of shareholding within the promoter and promoter group.
Shareholding Changes
Following this transaction, Devansh Trademart LLP’s shareholding in Inox Wind Limited will increase from 14,90,18,522 equity shares (8.62%) to 15,20,18,522 equity shares (8.80%). Concurrently, the shareholding of Inox Leasing and Finance Limited will decrease from 47,89,15,610 equity shares (27.71%) to 47,59,15,610 equity shares (27.54%). The overall shareholding of the promoter group remains substantial.
