Key Financial and Operational Highlights

During Q1 FY27, INOX India’s total income stood at ₹382 crore, marking an approximate 8.3% year-on-year growth. This was driven by strong execution across its industrial gas, LNG, cryogenic solutions, and beverage keg businesses, supported by a healthy mix of domestic and export deliveries. The company also reported an EBITDA of ₹90 crore, a 1.4% increase year-on-year, and a profit after tax of ₹61 crore, which was flat year-on-year.

INOX India continues to execute projects efficiently across all business verticals, maintaining a balanced approach between domestic and international orders.

Segment-wise Progress

Industrial Gas Solutions

The Industrial Gas Solutions segment saw several important order wins. A key highlight was a significant order for 8 large 1500 cubic meter cryogenic storage tanks from the space exploration industry, with additional orders for 6 more tanks from the same customer. INOX India is increasingly recognized as a precision engineering partner for the global aerospace ecosystem, beyond just being a cryogenic equipment manufacturer.

The semiconductor segment also showed encouraging progress, with orders received for storage and transport equipment for semiconductor manufacturing facilities. The disposable cylinder business continued to perform well, and the Cryoseal and liquid cylinder business gained strong traction in India due to expanded dealer networks and enhanced manufacturing automation.

LNG Solutions

The LNG Solutions business witnessed encouraging developments, with multiple orders secured for LNG fueling stations from customers like Sabarmati Gas, Ultra Gas, and BPCL. The Bahamas mini LNG terminal project is progressing well, with the first batch of storage tanks reaching the site. The company also received two additional orders in nearby islands and is executing a prestigious LNG fuel tank project for Cochin Shipyard, marking its entry into India’s marine LNG segment.

Cryo-Scientific Division

This division secured a prestigious order from CERN for highly specialized cryogenic modules for a particle physics research facility. INOX India also received an important order from ITER France for one of the world’s largest fusion energy research programs, further solidifying its position as a trusted partner for complex cryogenic engineering solutions.

Beverage Keg Business

The Beverage Keg business demonstrated steady progress, with continued execution of orders from leading global breweries such as Heineken, AB InBev, and Molson Coors. The company received orders from Heineken India and Hartwall Finland, and requests for quotation from Asahi and CCU Chile. Expansion of specialized and non-standard keg variants is also underway.

New Growth Platforms and Strategic Initiatives

Beyond its core business, INOX India is investing in new growth platforms. The company obtained the AS9100D aerospace quality certification, significantly expanding its addressable market for onboard flight applications. Partnerships include a skill development center with ITM SLS Baroda University for the semiconductor sector and a collaboration with Wayout of Sweden to manufacture modular water microfactories.

Looking ahead, INOX India’s strong order backlog, diversified customer base, expanding presence in key sectors, and continuous investment in technology position it well for sustainable long-term growth. The company remains committed to operational excellence and creating long-term value for its stakeholders.
