The board approved the re-appointment of its executive leadership team and independent directors for new five-year terms. Strengthening Leadership Continuity
The Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of its core leadership team to ensure long-term stability and strategic consistency. Mr. Vinay Lohariwala has been re-appointed as the Managing Director, while Mr. Manoj Kumar Lohariwala will continue his role as Whole-Time Director. Both leaders have been granted a second term of five consecutive years, effective from March 18, 2027, until March 17, 2032, subject to shareholder approval.
Independent Director Renewals
