Reported EBITDA for the quarter was up by 3.0% year-on-year to INR 45.2 billion. The EBITDA margin stood at 53.6%. Profit after tax was INR 17.5 billion, up 0.5% year-on-year. Free cash flow remained robust at INR 14.4 billion during the quarter. The company emphasized its resilient financial performance, supported by continued customer rollouts and disciplined cost management.
Operational Highlights and Strategic Initiatives
Indus Towers highlighted healthy rollout momentum, supported by network expansion from major customers and growth in tenancy. The company added approximately 3,100 macro towers and 4,200 colocations during the quarter. A key focus remains on sustainability, with a 13% year-on-year reduction in diesel consumption achieved through renewable energy deployment and battery modernization.
The company also provided an update on its Africa expansion strategy, having secured regulatory approvals and operating licenses in Nigeria, Uganda, and Zambia.
