The results, which were approved by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on August 13, 2026, provide a snapshot of the company’s financial performance during the period.

Standalone Financial Highlights

For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, IGL reported total revenue from operations of ₹5,040.15 crore. Total income, including other income of ₹103.14 crore, amounted to ₹5,143.29 crore. Total expenses for the quarter were ₹4,883.37 crore, leading to a profit before tax of ₹259.92 crore. After accounting for a total tax expense of ₹73.74 crore, the net profit for the period stood at ₹186.18 crore. Total comprehensive income for the period was ₹185.23 crore.

Consolidated Financial Performance

On a consolidated basis, the total income for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, was ₹5,145.36 crore. The profit before tax, including share of profit from associates, was ₹311.72 crore. The consolidated net profit after tax for the quarter was ₹237.92 crore. The consolidated total comprehensive income for the period reached ₹236.97 crore.
