Consolidated revenue from operations also saw a healthy rise of 19.7% to ₹369.7 crore, driven by strong sales momentum and effective cost management.

Indigo Paints Limited has released its financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2027 (ended June 30, 2026), showcasing robust growth across key financial metrics. The company’s consolidated net profit surged by an impressive 60.0% year-over-year, reaching ₹41.7 crore for the quarter. This significant increase reflects the company’s enhanced operational efficiency and strategic market positioning.

Revenue and Profitability Growth

On a consolidated basis, Indigo Paints’ revenue from operations grew by 19.7% to stand at ₹369.7 crore in Q1 FY27, up from ₹308.9 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company’s EBITDA also saw a substantial increase of 40.0%, reaching ₹62.0 crore. This growth was attributed to a healthy Gross Margin of 45.3% and an expanded EBITDA Margin to 17.7%, despite supply chain challenges.

Standalone Performance Highlights

The standalone financial results also demonstrated strong performance. Net revenue from operations increased by 18.7% to ₹350.0 crore. The standalone net profit recorded a significant rise of 60.7% to ₹42.4 crore. The company highlighted its industry-leading growth and sustained sales momentum, driven by both value and volume growth.

Subsidiary Performance

The company’s subsidiary, Apple Chemie Pvt Ltd, also contributed positively, achieving a growth of 40.1% during the period. However, overall consolidated results faced some margin headwinds due to rising raw material costs and inventory build-up.
