Cessation of Mr. Mahesh Manharlal Shah

Mr. Mahesh Manharlal Shah, who served as a Non-Executive Independent Director, has officially ended his tenure with the company. His cessation from office was effective from September 11, 2026, upon the completion of his term and the subsequent non-re-appointment by the Members at the AGM.

Cessation of Mr. Mitesh M. Pujara

Additionally, Mr. Mitesh M. Pujara has ceased to hold office as both Director and Whole-Time Director of India Home Loan Limited. His departure also became effective on September 11, 2026. The company’s announcement specifies that Mr. Pujara’s proposed re-appointment as Director and Whole-Time Director was not approved by the Members at the 36th Annual General Meeting.
