An open offer is being made to acquire up to 56,43,612 equity shares of India Cements Capital Limited (ICCL). This offer is extended by Mr. Sandeep Jain, Mr. Vikas Garg, and Mr. Rahul Nagar, who are collectively referred to as the ‘Acquirers’. Mrs. Neha Agarwal is also part of this group, acting in concert with the Acquirers, and is referred to as part of the ‘Persons Acting in Concert (PAC)’.
This open offer is being conducted pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
