Managing Director’s Commentary

Jai Malpani, Managing Director, commented, “We have begun FY27 on a strong note, delivering a 20% year-on-year growth in revenue to Rs. 17,760 lakhs during the first quarter. The performance was driven by healthy demand across all our catchments, supported by strong footfalls during the peak holiday season and the benefit of an extended summer.

We have further strengthened our presence in Gujarat by acquiring an 50% stake in Shanku’s Water Park… We are equally excited about our entry into the indoor entertainment segment through Hello Park… With a growing portfolio spanning destination parks, regional water parks, indoor entertainment and experiential attractions, we are building a diversified entertainment platform that reduces seasonality, broadens our revenue base and strengthens our long-term growth prospects.”
