IDFC FIRST Bank: Upsizes Senior Notes Offering to US$600 Million

In a significant development for its funding strategy, IDFC FIRST Bank has successfully priced an additional US$100 million in Senior Notes. This offering, announced on August 19, 2026, represents an upsize to the bank’s earlier issuance of US$500 million Senior Notes that were priced on August 18, 2026.

Consolidated Issue Size Increased

Following this additional issuance, the total consolidated issue size of the Senior Notes has now reached US$600 million. The bank has confirmed that these new Additional Notes will be subject to the same terms and conditions as those originally disclosed. This strategic move enhances the bank’s capital base and diversifies its funding sources.
