The company achieved a significant 29.92% year-over-year increase in revenue from operations, totaling ₹1,108.68 Lakhs, compared to ₹853.38 Lakhs in the previous fiscal year. This growth is primarily attributed to an increase in the supply of technology and development services beyond Shopify.

Profitability Surges

The company’s profitability also saw a marked improvement. Net profit after tax for the fiscal year 2025-26 stood at ₹600.92 Lakhs, representing a substantial 46% increase from ₹411.26 Lakhs in the fiscal year 2024-25. This enhancement in profit before tax was directly linked to the revenue growth.

Consolidated Performance Highlights

On a consolidated basis, Identixweb Limited reported a total revenue of ₹1,304.74 Lakhs for the fiscal year 2025-26, an increase of 43.48% over the previous year. The consolidated net profit after tax (after adjustment of minority interest) was ₹535.38 Lakhs, up from ₹371.98 Lakhs in the prior year.
