In its reply, the Bank has reassured stakeholders of its adherence to regulatory requirements. It stated that in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, IDBI Bank has consistently provided timely disclosures of all events and information that could potentially impact its operations or performance. This includes all price-sensitive information. The Bank explicitly confirmed that there is currently no undisclosed price-sensitive information or impending announcement that requires notification to the exchange.
Disinvestment Process Updates
Regarding the ongoing strategic disinvestment process of the Bank, IDBI Bank noted that this is being managed by the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM).
