Reduced Stake and Cumulative Holding

Following this disposal, ICICI Prudential Life’s cumulative shareholding in Honasa Consumer Limited has decreased to 5.53%. This marks a notable reduction from the 7.61% stake previously reported to the exchange on January 31, 2025. The disclosure adheres to the requirements of Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Share and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Transaction Details

The sale involved 892,850 shares, resulting in the aforementioned reduction in shareholding. Prior to the sale, ICICI Prudential Life held 18,914,816 shares, representing 5.80% of Honasa Consumer’s total voting capital. After the transaction, the holding stands at 18,021,966 shares, reflecting the new 5.53% stake. The total equity share capital of Honasa Consumer Limited remained unchanged at 326,024,216 shares throughout the period.
