ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited is notifying shareholders regarding the dividend payout for the financial year FY2026. At the Annual General Meeting held on June 30, 2026, shareholders approved a dividend of ₹1.65 per equity share, with a record date of June 5, 2026. As per regulations, all dividend payments were to be made electronically.

Reason for Non-Remittance

However, the company has indicated that dividend payments for certain equity shares held under specific DPID/Client IDs were not remitted through electronic mode. The precise reasons for this non-remittance are cited as needing further updation of shareholder details. The payment date for these rejected remittances was noted as June 30, 2026.

Claiming Unpaid Dividends

Shareholders affected by this issue are advised to first contact their respective Depository Participant (DP) to update their bank account details and complete any necessary KYC procedures. To claim the dividend amount, shareholders need to submit two key documents to the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA): a request letter clearly mentioning their DP ID and Client ID, and an updated Client Master List. These documents, duly dated and signed, can be couriered or emailed to the RTA, or uploaded via their web portal.
