The sale was conducted in various tranches, with the final transaction recorded on August 20, 2026.
Holding Details Before and After Sale
Prior to this sale, ICICI Bank held 19,07,50,711 equity shares, representing 8.96% of the voting capital. Following the disposal, the bank’s holding has reduced to 14,45,51,896 equity shares, now constituting 6.79% of the total equity share capital. The entire transaction was executed through the open market.
The equity share capital of Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd before and after the sale remains consistent at Rs. 2,12,84,89,773, comprising 2,12,84,89,773 equity shares of Rs. 1 each. The disclosure has been made in compliance with Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
