Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has reported its highest-ever total monthly sales in July 2026, reaching 75,360 units, a 25.4% increase YoY. This includes a record 54,210 domestic sales (+23.3% YoY) and 21,150 export sales (+31.4% YoY), marking the highest export numbers in over 100 months. The company also highlighted strong performances from models like the Hyundai CRETA and i20.

Record Sales Performance in July 2026

Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) announced its highest-ever monthly sales figures for July 2026, with a total of 75,360 units sold. This represents a significant year-over-year growth of 25.4%. The company attributed this remarkable achievement to robust demand across both domestic and international markets.

Domestic and Export Achievements

The domestic sales for July 2026 stood at 54,210 units, marking the highest-ever sales for any July and achieving a year-over-year growth of 23.3%. Complementing this, export sales reached 21,150 units, a substantial increase of 31.4% YoY. This figure also represents HMIL’s highest monthly export volume in over 100 months, underscoring the brand’s growing global footprint.

Key Model Performance

The company highlighted the strong performance of its popular models. The Hyundai CRETA recorded its highest monthly sales for the calendar year 2026, with 18,088 units sold in July. Similarly, the Hyundai i20 achieved its highest monthly sales for the year, selling 6,738 units in the same month. These sales figures demonstrate sustained customer preference for HMIL’s product offerings.
