Q1 FY27 Financials Approved

The Board of Directors of Hyundai Motor India convened on July 30, 2026, transacting and approving several key items, including the un-audited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. These results, both standalone and consolidated, along with their limited review reports, have been enclosed with this intimation.

Dividend Declaration and Record Date

A significant outcome of the meeting was the declaration of a final dividend of ₹21 per equity share. This dividend was originally approved by the Board of Directors on May 08, 2026, and is now set to be subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The record date for this dividend has been fixed as Wednesday, August 05, 2026.

Key Appointments and Re-appointments

In other business, the Board approved the re-appointment of M/s. Geeyes & Co. as the Cost Accountants for the financial year 2026-27. The cessation of Mr. Gopalakrishnan CS as Whole-time Director and Chief Manufacturing Officer due to superannuation was noted. Concurrently, Mr. Mukundan MS has been appointed as the new Whole-time Director and Chief Manufacturing Officer, effective September 01, 2026, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Young Geon Kim has been appointed as Senior Management Personnel, effective August 01, 2026.

Further, the company has scheduled its 30th Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, via Video Conferencing mode. The Board meeting itself commenced at 12:30 P.M. (IST) and concluded at 03:10 P.M. (IST) on July 30, 2026.
