Honasa Consumer has announced the re-appointment of Mr. Vivek Gambhir as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective March 24, 2026. Additionally, Arora Shekhar and Company has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term starting April 1, 2025. The appointments were approved by the members at the 9th Annual General Meeting held on September 25, 2025.
Independent Director Re-appointed
Mr. Vivek Gambhir has been re-appointed as an Independent Director of Honasa Consumer for a second term. His new term will be for five years, commencing on March 24, 2026. Mr. Gambhir has over three decades of experience in operations and strategy, and is currently associated with Lightspeed India Ventures. He has held leadership roles at Imagine Marketing Limited (boAt Lifestyle) and Godrej Consumer Products Limited.
New Secretarial Auditor Appointed
Arora Shekhar and Company, a practicing company secretary firm based in Delhi, has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor. Their appointment is for a term of five years, starting from April 1, 2025, and ending on March 31, 2030. The firm specializes in Secretarial Audit, Corporate Law and Taxation, and Securities Law.
AGM Approval
These appointments were approved by the members of Honasa Consumer at the 9th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) held on September 25, 2025.
