Segment Performance

The Consolidated Segment Wise Revenue, Results and Capital Employed for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, shows that ‘Aluminium Products’ generated revenue of ₹5.13 crore. ‘Power’ contributed ₹0.27 crore, and ‘Treasury Operations’ reported ₹0.45 crore. The segment profit before tax for Aluminium Products was ₹0.21 crore, Power was ₹0.02 crore, and Treasury Operations was ₹0.45 crore, resulting in a total profit before tax of ₹1.02 crore.

Limited Review Report

A Limited Review Report for these unaudited financial results was also provided by the statutory auditors. The auditors noted that the provision for Gratuity and Leave encashment has not been done as per actuarial valuation and that the consequent impact on profit and loss is not ascertainable. However, the company has made the provision on an estimated basis. The auditor’s conclusion on the consolidated statement is not modified in respect of the associate company’s financial results being based on unreviewed data.
