Consequently, Clause II of the Memorandum of Association has been amended to reflect the new registered office location in Gurugram, Haryana.
Registered Office Relocation Complete
HFCL Limited has successfully completed the relocation of its registered office. The company received the Certificate of Registration from the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh, Haryana, on July 31, 2026. This move follows an order passed by the Hon’ble Regional Director, Northern Region-II, Chandigarh, on July 07, 2026, approving the shift from Himachal Pradesh to Haryana.
New Address and Memorandum Alteration
The company’s registered office will now be situated at the following address in Haryana:
