As a member of the senior management team, Pandey brings a wealth of expertise in the Foods, Beverages, and Home Care sectors. His professional background includes high-level roles at major industry players, including Mondelez India Foods Pvt. Ltd., Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., and ITC Ltd. Prior to this role, he served as the Head of Sales & Distribution for the Foods Division at Dabur India Limited.
Expertise and Vision
With more than two decades of experience, Mr. Pandey possesses specialized knowledge in critical sales functions, including route-to-market (RTM) transformation, distributor network expansion, category management, and large-scale sales execution. He is widely recognized for his capability in leveraging technology to optimize sales systems and drive organizational growth.
Educational Background
Mr. Pandey holds an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management Studies, MDS University, Ajmer. Furthermore, he has completed an Executive Management Program in Sales & Marketing from IIM Calcutta.
