Board of Directors and Key Appointments
The company has announced the re-appointment of Mr. Rajiv Maliwal as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five consecutive years, effective from May 25, 2026. Mr. Maliwal, who brings extensive experience in private equity and financial institutions, will not be liable to retire by rotation.
Additionally, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Sanjeev Kumar as the new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective May 25, 2026. Mr. Kumar, a seasoned finance leader with over 30 years of experience across healthcare and aviation sectors, will take over from Dr. Manish Mattoo, who served as the interim CFO.
Strengthening Investor Relations and Internal Audit
In a move to enhance its market positioning, the company has appointed Mr. Ravi Gothwal as the AVP – Investor Relations, designated as a Senior Management Personnel, effective May 19, 2026. Mr. Gothwal brings over 13 years of expertise in investor relations and strategic consulting to the team.
Furthermore, the board has re-appointed Mr. Vijay S. Shanbhag as the Internal Auditor for a period of one year, effective May 30, 2026. Mr. Shanbhag, who has been with the organization since 2017, will continue to lead efforts in strengthening internal audit rigor and risk management functions across the group’s pan-India centers.
