Acting through its Singaporean entity, S&P Global Ratings Singapore Pte. Limited, has assigned a rating of BBB to the proposed USD Senior Notes due 2029 and 2031. The rating action was recorded as ‘Assigned’.

Moody’s Investors Service Assignment

Moody’s Investors Service Singapore Pte. Limited has assigned a rating of Baa3 with a Stable outlook to the proposed Fixed Rate Senior Notes. The total size of this issue is stated as USD 1,750,000,000, and the rating action was also recorded as ‘Assigned’.

Rating Letters Annexed

The bank has indicated that the formal rating letters issued by both S&P Global Ratings and Moody’s Investors Service are annexed to this disclosure for informational purposes and for official record.
