This agreement renews and expands upon their original engagement. Consolidated revenues for the 12 months ending June 2025 totaled $14 billion.

Digital Transformation Partnership

HCLTech and a leading global manufacturer of commercial vehicles, headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, have announced a renewed and expanded digital transformation agreement. This collaboration aims to modernize the manufacturer’s IT infrastructure and its digital foundation services.

AI-Powered Solutions

Under the multi-year contract, HCLTech will leverage its proprietary GenAI-led service transformation platform, AI Force, to deliver platform-based managed services. This includes hyper automation and full-stack observability, enabling one-click provisioning of IT services. The AI-powered solutions will enhance operational efficiency, improve employee and customer experience, and support the client’s sustainability goals.
