Money realized from the exercise of these options will be accounted for at the time of allotment or transfer of shares. The company further stated that the total number of shares arising from this exercise is 61,135. The impact of the diluted earnings per share due to the issue of these equity shares is deemed negligible, as the total quantum of shares issued under the plan is insignificant to the company’s paid-up capital.
