New Chief Financial Officer Appointed
Mr. Vikas Jain has joined the company as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). Mr. Jain, who holds ICAI Membership No. FCA094579, assumed his responsibilities on June 18, 2026.
Leadership Transitions
Following Mr. Jain’s appointment, Mr. Rajeev Mishra has transitioned from his role as CFO and KMP. He has taken up a new position as Head – Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs, designated as Senior Management Personnel, effective from June 18, 2026. Prior to this, Mr. Mishra ceased to be the CFO as of the closure of business hours on June 17, 2026.
Organizational Realignment
As part of the organizational restructuring, Mr. Sanjay Bafna, who was previously Head – Accounts, will no longer be categorized as Senior Management Personnel. This change is also effective from June 18, 2026. Mr. Bafna continues to be an employee of the company.
Resignation of Rajeev Mishra as CFO
In a separate communication, Mr. Rajeev Mishra formally submitted his resignation from the position of Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel), effective from the closure of business hours on June 17, 2026.
