H.G. Infra Engineering Limited has announced the completion of its transfer of the remaining 51% stake in H.G. Khammam Devarapalle PKG-1 Private Limited to Neo Infra Income Opportunities Fund. Following this transaction, the entity is no longer a subsidiary of the company. The necessary disclosures were made on March 30, 2026, adhering to all regulatory requirements.

Subsidiary Stake Divested

H.G. Infra Engineering Limited has finalized the divestment of its entire remaining 51% stake in H.G. Khammam Devarapalle PKG-1 Private Limited. This subsidiary entity has been transferred to Neo Infra Income Opportunities Fund, as per the company’s announcements made on August 13, 2025, January 15, 2026, and March 30, 2026.

Entity No Longer a Subsidiary

As a direct consequence of this stake transfer, H.G. Khammam Devarapalle PKG-1 Private Limited will now cease to be recognized as a subsidiary of H.G. Infra Engineering Limited. All requisite details mandated by SEBI regulations and circulars were previously communicated on March 30, 2026. This update is for the information and records of all stakeholders.
